At RDL we believe in the transformative power of life purpose and we provide the support to begin or expand that journey.  We become who we surround ourselves with- and healing and growing amongst other like-minded people- creatives, professionals, and people with dreams and visions is a special type of medicine.

The sad truth is that often those with the most gifts and potential turn to substance abuse and struggle with mental health issues. We can see this everywhere and in so many beloved and brilliant public figures of our time and past generations. Having special gifts, rare callings, and profound unique energy often leads to feeling isolated and not knowing how to plug into society or even how to manage the complex feelings that arise within- it can all be so dysregulating.

As there is insufficient support in our society to foster genius and understand its difficult sides, often one is left to turn to substance abuse as they try to navigate the complexities of mental health issues and isolation. We are committed to providing that support here at RDL through our many customized programs.

We have seen countless times that when we create the right support for one to come out of their traumatized states and evolve from their substance abuse patterns, they are able to access the tremendous wisdom, gifts, purpose, and abilities that they gained as a result of their struggles. That is not to be uncompassionate or say that trauma is a good thing, only to point out the person struggling has gifts and potential that can be uncovered and harnessed for good, through the right individualized, multi-dimensional support, such as offered at our very special place, RDL.

We run a weekly online entrepreneurship & recovery group A SELF-LED LIFE which is facilitated by our co-founder Alex Shohet. 

​

Entrepreneurship is just part of the ambiance at RDL, and hearing these types of concepts and the learnings that go along with this mindset greatly improves recovery outcomes. Purpose inspires our members to want to live in better ways and to return to the path to their inspired future more quickly when they do stumble.

Whether you are just starting to consider a deeper purpose, have a small idea, or a long-time burning dream, or have already started building a successful empire... adding this dimension to your recovery through our groups, mentorship, community, and specialized coaches and facilitators who can be incorporated to your treatment team.
